The worlds worst YouTube fashion video.

I was ashamed to find the top suggestion when I searched "men never wear" to be this opinionated young lady's video. I was calmed a little, however, when I saw that it had the exact same amount of dislikes as likes, which is a very rare occurrence of dislike on any youtube video.

I am here today to tell you exactly what all i disagree with in this video and why. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilbWxDFwNFw

The first thing on this list is actually two things. Don't ask me why they thought they could get away with this, but we'll overlook it in good faith. The woman and her colleagues decided that men should never wear "big, chunky rings" or "pinky rings".

Honestly I feel like I shouldn't even need to defend this, as I had always assumed other people liked it just as much as I do. In light of large, or "chunky" rings, they are masculine small rings are not. Rings are great in general, as they draw attention to the hands, which is one of the most attractive, if not the most attractive part of a man. Pinky rings are no different, except they add a touch of refinery or elegance while complimenting the strong yet slender feature.

The second thing on this list is "too much cologne" I wouldn't particularly disagree with this, except that never in all my years have I smelled someone who was wearing it to an excess. Also the advice for application was terribly off and therefore rendered null.

The anti socks with sandals message isn't anything but overused in my opinion. As most people don't know, I will let you in on a first world secret to keep you from judging anyone you see who may be wearing this. Socks with sandals in more than acceptable in some cultures as it is very rude to wear anything other than socks when indoors including bear feet.

Thus if anyone is expecting to be outside and inside quite a bit during the course of the day, the only practical solution is easily removable lightweight shoes, such as sandals, and socks.

The fourth thing on the list is sandals in general, this including flip flops. Need I say anything? I doubt it. Alas let me say one thing, not only is this statement ridiculous beyond belief, but she goes so far as to say, "Lets be honest, no one wants to see you toes anyway..."

Really? I mean, I know some people are sensitive about feet, but they are an important part of yourself. I actually tend to think toes are cute, and people's feet are a huge part of who they are. (No pun intended)

I do share the dislike for over-sized shorts, but that is my own personal opinion, and I know different people have different feelings on the matter.

Old or dirty shoes can show personality or an active lifestyle, but otherwise I have no opinion of them good or bad. Chances if you are wearing old or dirty shoes, there are three cause possibilities. One, you are working, thus your shoes have gotten dirty. Two, you haven't had the chance to clean them. Finally three, you just cant afford another pair at the time.

Not that I have much experience seeing men in their boxers, but I am personally disturbed by uniform undergarments, and really like cartoon print. They add interest and attitude even if you are the only one who knows you are wearing them.

Number eight on their list was tee shirts with brand logos, or bold patterns. I personally like to see men with logos or patterns on their shirts, as I would know what I had in common with them. Logos and patterns also portray personalities so much better than just colours can. Isn't better portrayal of yourself the point of fashion?

Baggy clothes are awesome. That is my statement on the subject. they are cute and masculine at the same time.

Baggy clothes are just as good on men as they are on women. unless we're talking about a suit or something that is supposed to be specifically tailored, than baggy is great.

Tank tops are the most practical tops to wear while you are working out or doing physical work of any kind. Her other opinions on tank tops are so radically the reverse of mine that I had to stop the video and laugh. Here is my post about men's shirts.

Provided that you are not overweight, skinny jeans are the way to go, fashionable and (when they need to be) masculine, they look and feel great. Post that talks about skinny jeans

There are shoes that are too pointed, or look awkwardly square at the toe, but by no means should we, metaphorically speaking, throw the baby out with the bath water.

Deep v-necks can be too sensual, but something tells me this isn't what this woman is complaining about. (see link above to post about men's shirts.)

Okay, so apparently some people are turned off immediately when they see large or monogrammed belt buckles, I personally don't mind them, or think that much of them at all.

If you want to wear a large belt buckle however, I think you would be best off putting the buckle to one side or the other as it is a bit more stylish and avoids the negative attention that they are talking about in this video.

Leather bracelets are fantastically fashionable, and always look great, IDEK where she is coming from on this one.

"Elongated shirts" as she is putting it, only look good on certain very slender body types, and when worn in layers. When done correctly these look very, very good.

I completely agree with her opinion on "soul patches" but if they make you look good, or feel good, just do it.

I have seen so very little people wearing crocks in this day and age, but I don't think they are all that bad. If anything they are just a bit cute or odd. Besides that there is nothing at all wrong with them.

Now this one I accept fully as it being my personal preference, but earrings and facial rings look so good! I know at least a fourth the population of women agree with me. Thus, if there's a chance that your soul-mate isn't the run of the mill-cookie cutter- same as all the rest-kind of girl, than do what you want in light of piercings. Especially if you want to get them ;P

I've never seen anyone with a short sleeve sweater, but I don't see what she's getting all her feathers ruffled for, they don't look too torturous terrible to me.

What a bland world we would live in if people actually did what this video suggests to be the only way to do things. For this reason I ask that you share your opinion in the comments on this video, so that others will not be led astray by this woman's personal opinions. If you'd rather not, at least give it a dislike.

If you've made it all this way, thanks for bearing with me through this especially long rant. Leave me some feedback, and follow me on instagram and or pinterest. Stay crazy!!
