High heels (pt. two)

So all of my friends, have at one point or another, asked how many pairs of shoes and boots altogether I own. So I decided to show off my collection of high heeled shoes, and enlighten you all on the pro's and cons of different brands and heel types. I counted 14 high heels, not including a few pairs that I share with my roommates. Those are only my high heeled footwear. I also own tennis shoes, flats, regular boots, and sandals. I have yet to count how many shoes and boots I own altogether, but once I do I'll get back to you.

14. These are my oldest heels that I own (to my knowledge) and they have very little wear on them at all. These are from the brand "soda", they are chunky heels in the colour light pink. Either their size isn't on the shoe anywhere, or it used to be and got rubbed away. I think they are a size 7. These shoes immediately caught my eye since I love converse, and these have the same look, but more cutesie.

These are unfortunately, pretty terrible for walking around in for too long. Personally, I can walk in them for about an hour, two tops before I cant walk anymore. I love wearing these with jeans, or shorter skirts with tights or leggings, as that adds to the overall cuteness effect.

13. White platform boots, in size "medium" there is no brand I can find attached to these boots. it's a little weird, but I bought them second hand so it doesn't matter too much anyway. they have a kind of vinyl plastic-y finish, and they are lined with a soft synthetic wool.

these boots are surprisingly comfortable, and even fairly practical if you are going to be walking around a lot. My only problem with them, is that they have been scuffing rather easily so I try to only wear them on occasion with just the right outfit.

12. These were in dire need of repair when I found them at a thrift store for $3 or so. I did some metal bonding and a bit of stitching and now they're fully functional. They still need a little more work to be in mint condition, but all in all these are pretty great boots.

The heel is a typical heel you would see on a high heeled boot, it is pretty wide, but not chunky and it's about 2 1/2 to 3 inches high. These are made of dark reddish brown sued with some sort of fur trim. They are size 7, and the sole is quite sturdy and not worn down even though these are second-hand, maybe third-hand boots. I like wearing these in winter with leggings or tight pants tucked into them. The main reason I wouldn't wear these all the time, or spend a great deal of money on this pair would be because the fur trim is falling off. I think when they get wet, whatever they were using to bond the fur to the sued just stopped working altogether.

11. Black ankle boots, no matter what style you prefer, are eminent as the one pair of high heels that you should have. these have the same heel style as the last boots, but the basic black gives it a completely different aura.

The ankle boots are size 7 1/2 and are from the brand A2. They are a waterproof vinyl material, which is very comfortable. I usually wear my ankle boots with boot-cut, or flared pants, or maxi skirts. They really go work with about anything though, if you were willing to work at it. I would make sure when choosing a pair of ankle boots, that you choose one with really good heel grip though, unlike this one. That is especially if you plan to be wearing them a lot in winter.

Alright guy's I'm sorry but this is not anywhere near my entire collection of high heels, but I figured it was enough for today. I'll continue this sometime later. I hope you found it helpful. Go ahead and leave me some feedback about what you think, or what you don't think... that works too.

First though, I would like to add an "Honorable mention". I don't, and somehow doubt I ever will own a pair of these. These are of the elite shoe designers, and they are expensive and imaginative. They are called. "Fantasy Heels"

They can be anything from stylized regular shoes like these^ To walking around on dragons;

I will now be accepting donations!

;)

See you next time, think about your clothes this week.

"Peace out!"
